Grape Sourcing: 75% Alexander Valley, 20% California, 5% Dry Creek
Varietlal Blend: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5 % Merlot
Vintage: 2013
Winemaker's Notes: Our Cabernet Sauvignon displays ripe black currants and black cherries backed by a firm structure and long finish. The wine is perfect with steaks or chops, but will pair well with wild mushroom pasta, risotto and other savory earthy dishes.

Black Diamond Pinot NoirBlack Diamond Pinot Noir

Varietal Blend: Russian River Valley 100%
On the nose: Aromas of bing cherries, earthiness, vanilla, and hints of orange blossoms.
On the palate: Red cherry flavors with French oak-infused caramel & spice.
Pairings: Pork loin, sirloin, or tenderloin filets. A must try with mushroom sauces and mild/soft cheeses.

Black Diamond ZinfandelBlack Diamond Zinfandel

Grape Sourcing: Sierra Foothills - Amador County
Varietal Blend: Zinfandel and Primitivo
Vintage: 2012
Winemaker's Notes: Carfully selected lots were fermented seperately in small stainless steel tanks for ten days after a night harvest and four days of cold soaking which added color and depth. The wine was carefully transferred to American oak barrels while in the last stages of fermentation causing an increase in grape extraction. Finally lees were sirred once a week for eight months imparting a creamy, softer mouth feel. American Oad aged for 11 months, 1/3rd new oak and then blended to complete our 2012 Zinfandel.

Grape Sourcing: Stillwater Creek Vineyard - Columbia Valley and Olson Vineyard - Yakima Valley
Varietal Blend: Chardonnay
Vintage: 2013
Winemaker's Notes: A blend of stainless steel tank and barrel fermented, in 225 liter French oak barrels. The lees were stirred weekly to contribute to a rich mouthfeel. Partial maloactic fermentation was encouraged until the acidity was perfectly balanced. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels, 10% new.
This 2013 vintage wine shows delicious aromas of pear, citrus and Fuji apple. Flavors show crisp pear and tropical fruits mingling with a hint of barrel speice. A food friendly wine to enjoy with crab cakes, scallops, pork roasted with apples, or roast chicken accompanied with porcini mushrooms sauteed in butter with fresh thyme.

Grape Sourcing: Columbia Valley
Varietal Blend: 84% Merlot, 10% Petite Verdot, 6% Cabernet Franc
Vintage: 2013
Winemaker's Notes: Small open top stainless steel fermented, the cap was punched down two times per day by hand. The wine was transferred to American oad barrles to complete fermentation.
This delicious Merlot really shows what a stellar vintage 2013 delivered. A beautiful inky garnet colored wine in the glass which delivers aromas of black cherries, raspberries, black berries and spice box with a touch of vanill and clove. Offering a mouthfull of juicy fruit flavors that are complemented by superb balance and a long smooth finish.

Grape Sourcing: Dugger Creek Vineyard, Pepper Bridge Vineyard and Funk Estate Vineyard - Walla Walla Valley
Varietal Blend: 46% Syrah, 30 % Grenache, 24 % Tempranillo

Winemaker's Notes: All the fruit was hand-picked and whole cluster pressed from this list of some of the finest vineyards in Washington State.
Thie goregous Rose was crafed from fruit grown in Washington State's Walla Walla Valley. A charming blend of 46% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 24 % Tempranillo. Opens with lovely aromas of strawberry, mellon and stonefruit with a hint of cherry cola. Smooth and refreshing flavors of red fruits, melon and citrus which begs for sunshine and good conversation. Pair with spicy Thai food, sushi or simply enjoy as an apertif.
