Varietal Blend: 98% Chardonnay, 2% Gewurztraminer
Winemaker's Notes: Ripe peaches, golden apple and Anjou pear flavors are balanced by citrus notes and smooth, creamy finish. The wine would be a heavenly match with smoked chicken sals with apples and walnuts, four-cheese pizza, calamari fritti or Mu Shu pork.
Varietal Blend: 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6%
Petite Sirah, 5 5 Petite Verdot, 4% Other Reds
Winemaker's Notes: Our Cabernet is deep red with ripe berry and plum aromas, accented by toasty oak and vanilla. On the palate, dark fruit flavors are balanced by silky tannins and a lingering finish. Pair with marinated flank steak grilled with garlic and onions, beef kabobs or wood-fired pizza with wild mushrooms and herbs.
Varietal Blend: 93% Merlot, 7% Zinfandel
Winemaker's Notes: Our merlot is a rich garnet color with flavors of black cherries, plums and figs with a soft smooth finish. This wine is an easy match with a wide range of main courses, including grilled chicken with sauteed vegetables, a cheese pizza or pasta with red sauce.
Varietal Blend: 86% Pinot Grigio, 12%
Chardonnay, 2% Muscat of Alexandria
Winemaker's Notes: Refreshing apple and pear flavors with a hint of lemon unfolds on the palate. Our California Pinot Grigio makse an easy transition to the table and is versatile with a wide array of dishes. From salads and appetizers to grilled fish, poultry, cheese, fruit platters and herbed pasta dishes - it is a lovely addition to any meal.
Varietal Blend: 100% Petite Sirah
Winemaker's Notes: Our wine has exceptionally deep color with ripe blackberry, blueberry, vanilla and toasted oak on the nose. Spice and rich mocha flavors from the oak frame the bountiful tannins of this variety, and proved the structure to carry the fruit to a long but clean finish. Ideally paried with rich pasta dishes, roasted meats and grilled sausages.
Varietal Blend: 93% Pinot Noir, 7% Syrah
Winemaker's Notes: Fragrant cranberry and red raspberry aromas carry through to the palate with notes of cedar, spice and vanilla with a crisp yet silky finish. The wine pairs well with light pasta dishes, grilled salmon, tuna or roasted chicken.
Varietal Blend: 92% Zinfandel, 3% Petite Sirah,
2% Alicante Bouchet, 1% Barbera, 1% Zinfandel Primativo, 1%
Winemaker's Notes: Luscious concentrated blackberry, plumy aromas with brambly flavors of rhubarb, strawberry and vanilla with lingering hints of toast and smoke. The wine will pair well with roasted or grilled meats, sausages or even with more complex, spicy dishes such as jambalaya or paella.
